The Evidence:
A plain arch and double loop fingerprint were found on the scene.We identified the arch to Lucas Moore and the double loop could belong to either Jet Trong or Courtney Smith.
A large footprint was found running away from the scene and a small footprint on the body of the victim.
A dead body was found which was being decayed by maggots. We determined that the PMI is near the end of the Active Decay stage.
Possible poison found along with a syringe.
With the evidence listed above, we determined that Lucas Moore is the killer, and that Courtney Smith was the victim.
The Story
Lucas Moore was depressed after his girlfriend Courtney Smith had yelled at him. So, Lucas went psychotic and created a cyanide poison and injected it into Courtney with a syringe while she was walking home from work. Lucas then wrote a note that says "Please forgive me, it was all for love". Lucas was later arrested by the police after we discovered that all evidence went against him.
